Formed from the erosion of Joy Division after the suicide of Ian Curtis, New Order were early pioneers of the synthesizer in dance music, coupled with deep bass lines. This book details the start of Factory Records and New Order''s connections with Manchester''s Hacienda Club, of which they were part owners.
